Assaf Shafran
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Assaf brings a wealth of experience in command and control technologies, both in the private and public sector. Most recently, Assaf served as president of US operations and vice president of global sales & marketing for QualiSystems Ltd., a company specializing in test automation. He previously worked for several startup companies, where he built and led teams in the areas of business development, sales, marketing and product development. Assaf began his career in InQSOFT – a venture capital fund where he focused on investing in Israeli startups. Assaf holds an MBA degree from Bar-Ilan University. Anshel Pfeffer
Chief Product Officer, Co-Founder

Anshel founded the LifeCompass project, which led to the creation of NowForce. Anshel focuses on product and project management for NowForce. A licensed paramedic, Anshel has over 15 years of experience in the field of emergency medical response and currently serves as a volunteer commander for the Jerusalem division of the Israeli Red Cross (MDA). Amit Kahn
Vice President of Research & Development

Amit brings over 16 years of technology experience to NowForce, previously working software development, project management, product management and R&D management for both small startups and large multi-national corporations. Most recently, he was the vice president of research and development at Anyclip. Prior to this, he held a number of research and development positions at companies such as Intel and IDT. Leah Spitz-Goldenhersh
VP Operations

Leah joined the company in December 2012, following a number of months working as an HR consultant for NowForce. Prior to this, Leah worked for, where her most recent position was director of HR. Liran Stein
VP Business Development

Liran has officially joined the team in 2018 but his passion for NowForce started 5 years ago after he implemented the NowForce solution in Africa. Liran managed various security projects around the globe and has more than a decade of experience in the security industry. Prior to NowForce, he worked for Black Falcon, a global Homeland Security firm. Barak Ben-Eliezer
Member of the Board

Barak Ben-Eliezer is the co-founder and managing partner of WINNOVATION. Barak, a former commander of the TALPIOT Program, is one of the founders of the “President’s Program for Nurturing the State of Israel’s Future Scientists and Inventors.” He founded the “Einstein Network” a global network for the future of mankind, and was a special advisor in the fields of strategy and technology to the Police Commissioner and to the National Security Council. Previously, Barak was the vice president of XIV before its acquisition by IBM. He holds a BSc in mathematics, physics and computers, and is studying towards a MA in history, philosophy and sociology of science at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Dorian Barak

Dorian is the founder of Indigo Strategic Partners. Prior to establishing the fund, Dorian was head of international M&A and corporate development at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s leading bank. Prior to this, he served as head of finance, strategy and operations for Bank Hapoalim’s global operations, comprising a network of banks, financial subsidiaries and branches in over 20 countries in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Previously, Dorian served as an M&A and corporate finance attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York, and as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago. Dorian holds a JD from Yale Law School, an MA from Oxford University, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar, and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He served in the IDF’s Givati Infantry Brigade. David Meyers

Jonathan Bendheim

Jonathan is a founder of NowForce and is an active member of the company’s board. Jonathan serves as a vice president and Israel country manager for Phibro Animal Health Corporation, where he oversees the company’s Israel operations, which include three manufacturing plants and over 300 personnel. Eran Wachman

Eran Wachman is Vice President of Product Business Development for Verint Systems Inc. in its Video Intelligence Solutions, global business unit. Mr. Wachman is responsible for developing and proliferating an ecosystem of partner technology providers that further Verint’s vision is to create A Smarter World with Actionable Intelligence(r). In this capacity, Eran is focused on two domains; Security Intelligence solutions that help organizations prevent, detect, neutralize, and investigate crime, terror, and protect people and property; and Fraud, Risk and Compliance solutions that help organizations prevent loss, comply with regulations, investigate retail, and financial crime, and ensure continuity of business operations. Mr. Wachman has over 17 years of leadership experience and business development expertise within Verint, and he led the Video Intelligence Solutions product management group for more than a decade. He accepted his current role to build on a rich history of product management know-how and innovation, and through new partner technology engagements, to help Verint expand customer value and drive growth opportunities. Eran holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Robertson has been involved in public safety for over 18 years; as a sworn officer, CEO of two public safety technology companies, executive director and founding board member of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance and most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Public Safety for Intergraph the largest public safety software provider in the world.

(Ret.) Major General Ami Shafran
Member of the Advisory Board

Ami has more than 40 years of military experience with a strong technological background. His last position was IDF’s Head of C4I Division (telecommunications and IT). He served in various senior roles in R&D, Intelligence, and telecommunication. He also was head of the R&D unit of the Ministry of Defense – Maf’at. In 2006 he was appointed head of IDF’s telecommunication corps, where he served until 2011. Ami holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University.

John M. Meyers
Member of the Advisory Board

John Meyers served as Special Assistant to the President for Operations at the White House during George W. Bush administration.  As a member of The President’s Senior Staff, Mr. Meyers was responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the activities of the White House staff, US Secret Service, and the specialized military units supporting the Presidency (including Air Force One, Marine One, The White House Communications Agency, and The White House Medical Unit).  In this role, Mr. Meyers also served as co-chair of The White House Technology Council, an inter-agency working group formed to review current technologies supporting the Presidency, identify new and advanced technologies, and oversee their seamless integration into the Presidential enterprise.  Mr. Meyers was also involved in numerous security, technology and protective methodology modernization programs.
